tree sap

Question:

I have a 3 month old beagle that likes to lay under our large evergreen. She comes in with tree sap.  What do you recommend to remove it from her, without harming her skin? Thanks Hazel’s Mom

Response:

Margerine.  Plain old margerine.  I used to live in the NW and had tons of trees and pitch everywhere.  Margerine is cheap and safe.  There are other things but you will always have it in the fridge   Good Luck Chrissie – Hide quoted text — Show quoted text – > I have a 3 month old beagle that likes to lay under our large evergreen. > She comes in with tree sap.  What do you recommend to remove it from her, > without harming her skin? > Thanks > Hazel’s Mom
