Sad thing is he will have it made (depending on state its in) 3 meals, no working, cable tv, clean cloths, free room & board, free legal, free schooling, discounted personal needs to free (shamp. razor etc..) no bills, SIGH yet the dog is in a worse position & if not adopted will die.
